The War on
Terror was declared in 2002 to address the Islamo-fascist enemies
who attacked on September 11th (World War IV?).
- War declared on terrorist organizations and countries (Iran, Saudi
Arabia, Syria, etc.) that support them.
Islamic Terrorism is blamed on a
number of urban
myths, which captured terrorists have disproved.
- Radical Islamic theology is the result of poverty and illiteracy.
- Democracy is the surefire antidote to terrorism,
- Terrorism is caused solely by Western foreign policy, especially
the Iraq War.
- Manipulating the media is a key element of the Islamo-fascist
strategy.
The Islamic Trilogy documents Muslim
theology.
- The Koran doctrine
is actually two books, the Koran of Mecca (early) and the Koran of Medina
(later).

law, which governs both public and private lives of Muslims.

The goals of Islamo-fascists
are world domination and a return to the 8th century.

to raid the lands of the infidels, occupy them, and exchange their systems of

- Terrorists share an Islamic basis for their actions.
o Salafism, or Salafi Islam, is a
violent, ultra-conservative version of the religion.
o Wahhabi Islam preaches ultra-Puritanical way of life, and
is destructive, nihilistic, and radical.
o Madrassas are schools that educate children in the Wahhabi tradition and culture.
o Islamo-fascism despises Judeo-Christian
values, institutions and individuals.
- Jihad has
been directed not "just" against the unbelievers (the kaffirs, i.e., non-Mulsims),
but all those who have "deviated" -- the Shi'ites,
the Alawites, the Ahmadis,
the Druze, Bahais, Yazidis,
etc.

The
eight-year-long war between Iraq and Iran resulting in almost a million killed.
o
The
First Gulf War; Invasion of Kuwait (Aug. 1990-Feb.1991), Operation Desert
Storm, the Second Gulf War, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Massive
violence between Muslims and Hindus in India following partition and three
India-Pakistan wars, terrorism in Kashmir and India resulting in several
million killed and at least fifteen million people displaced.

Pakistan-Bangladesh
conflict, 1971 (following civil war and secession). This war saw the highest
number of casualties in any of the India-Pakistan conflicts. It is believed
that from one to three million Bangladeshis were killed as a result of this
war. Very little media coverage.
o
Ongoing
Yemeni and Somali Civil Wars. Thousands killed. No media coverage.
o
Inter-sectarian
Muslim violence between Shias and Sunnis in Syria,
Lebanon and Iraq.
o
Border
disputes between Syria and Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.
o
Jordan's
crackdown on "Black September,"
1970. PLO crushed by Jordanian Legion under command of King Hussein (at least
25,000 killed).
o
Syria's
suppression of the Muslim Brothers and opponents of the Assad regime;
destruction of the city of Hama (at least 20,000 killed) to wipe out
Muslim Brotherhood. Media barred from entering the city. Uprising in Hama by
Muslim Brotherhood crushed by Assad regime in Syria Feb. 1982.
o
Inter-Palestinian
factionalism in Gaza; dozens killed.
o
Decade-long
mass violence between Muslim religious extremists (Salafist
movement) and Algerian government beginning in 1991 estimated to have cost
between 150,000 and 200,000 lives.
o
Sixteen-year-long
civil war in Lebanon. The war lasted from 1975 to 1990 and resulted in an
estimated 130,000 to 250,000 civilian fatalities. Another one million people
(one-third of the population) were wounded, half of whom were left with
lifetime disabilities.
o
Division
of Cyprus to satisfy Turkish Muslim minority.
o
Indonesian
Muslim suppression of East Timor population's (98%) desire for independence.
Tens of thousands of civilians killed or died from malnutrition,
imprisonment (1974-1998).
o
Iraqi,
Iranian, and Turkish suppression of Kurdish autonomy; approximately 180,000
Kurds killed, mostly civilians in Iraq, by Saddam Hussein's forces via poison
gas attacks.
o
Muslim
terrorist attacks against the U.S. in New York and Washington. Almost 3,000
civilians killed.
o
Muslim
terror against civilians in Chechnya, and additional hundreds killed in
Moscow and other Russian cities including children at primary school. Russia's
two biggest terrorist attacks both came from Muslim groups. The Chechnyan separatist "Special Purpose Islamic
Regiment" took an estimated 850 people hostage in Moscow in October 2002
at a theater. At least 129 hostages died during the rescue, all but one killed
by the chemicals used to subdue the attackers.
o
In
the September 2004, 1,200 schoolchildren and adults were taken hostage at a
secondary school in Beslan, North Ossetia-Alania, which was overrun by an Islamic terror group. About
500 people, including 186 children, died in the attempt to free the hostages.
According to the only surviving attacker, Nur-Pashi Kulayev, the choice of a school and the targeting of
mothers and young children by the attackers was carried out in order to
generate the maximum outrage possible and ignite a wider war in the Caucasus
with the ultimate goal of establishing an Islamic Emirate across the whole of
the North Caucasus.
o
Muslim
secessionist activity and terrorism in the Philippines (with almost monthly
reports by American media that do not mention the words "Muslim" or
"jihad").
o
Al-Qaeda
and Taliban violence in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
o
Darfur
in the Sudan; genocidal attacks against non-Muslim Black Sudanese. On July 13,
2008, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court filed ten charges of
war crimes against Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir,
charges that included three counts of genocide, five crimes against humanity,
and two of murder. The ICC's prosecutors have claimed that al-Bashir "masterminded and implemented a plan to destroy
in substantial part" three tribal groups in Darfur because of their
ethnicity.
o
Muslim
grievances and violence in Thailand.
o
Terrorist
activity against the Han Chinese in Western China. More than a hundred
fatalities.
o
Muslim
unrest and violence against Christians in Nigeria and Ghana; several thousand
killed. No media interest.
o
Terrorist
attacks throughout Europe -- London Underground, Atocha
Train Station in Madrid; in Africa at American embassy in Kenya; in Bali
nightclub where most victims were Australian tourists; foiled attempts in the
U.S. and elsewhere.
o
Jihadi-inspired sniper and terror attacks by deranged
lone Muslims in the United States against military bases (Ft. Hood),
synagogues, and airports, and at Times Square.
o
Continued
terrorist attacks against the State of Israel and Jews throughout the world.
o
Widespread
piracy on a scale not seen for 150 years along the Somali coast of East Africa
preying upon international shipping.
o
Continued
civil war in West Sahara between the Polisario
Movement and Moroccan authorities, low-level guerrilla attacks and hundreds of
thousands of displaced refuges.
- Terrorist goal is to impose Islamic Caliphate
on the world by authoritarian means.
o Islam is designed to conquer other civilizations, not co-exist.

Al-Qaeda is Wahhabi based
organization focused conquering the world.

Islamo-fascism is committed to "ridding" Islamic lands of Western "occupation."

Muslims do not move to counties to
become real citizens of that country.

An Islam-speak glossary:
o Peace -
The state of cessation of all resistance to Islam. Peace only exists when Islam
rules politically and religiously, and all Islamic principles are established
as the law of the land.
o Freedom
– Freedom exists when Islam and its principles attain complete dominance
and constitute the entirety of religious belief and political rule.
o Justice
– The state when Sharia law is the law of the
land, and all judicial decisions are based on it and it alone. Justice exists
when non-Muslims have no standing before a court, and when the testimony of two
Muslim women is equal to that of one Muslim man.
o Equality
– Equality is achieved when Muslims are the only leaders of society, and
are given their rightful place as the best of men, leading all institutions,
political and religious. This does not extend to non-Muslims or apostates.
o Tolerance
– The state when non-Muslims are properly subdued and
subservient to Muslim rule, agree to their second-class Dhimmi status, and duly pay the Jizya
to their Muslim overlords.
o Truth
– Truth is the accepted Islamic version of events, as laid out in the
Koran and the Sunna. Anything beyond that is merely
hearsay, and in many cases blasphemy. (see Lies).
o Democracy
– The state when Islam is the absolute law and religion, and all peoples
conform to Islamic law and customs. (see Freedom).
o Freedom
of Speech – Freedom of speech is achieved when
Muslims, and only Muslims, are free to espouse their beliefs, and non-Muslims
are prohibited from commenting on or criticizing anything Islamic.
o Just
Society - A society ruled by Muslims under Islamic law.
o Koran -
Allah’s final word, perfect and un-altered, superseding all others and
the true and only guide for mankind in religion, law and politics.
o Oppression -
The rule of a state by non-Islamic law; actions of resistance to implementation
of Islamic law and Muslim rule.
o Racism -
The state where anything Islamic or any Muslim is criticized or rejected.
o Infidel
– Any and all non-Muslims. Subject only to conversion, subjugation, or
death under Islamic law.
o Slavery
– The rightful and lawful status of any infidel captured in battle
against Islam.
o Treaty
– A non-binding and temporary agreement between Muslims and non-Muslims,
valid only until such time as the Muslims have the power to achieve by force or
other means what they have momentarily failed to achieve.
o Lies
– The act of hiding the truth, permissible by Islamic law for a Muslim
when in fear for his safety or when it advances the cause of Islam.
Islamic country domination strategies
evolve as the Muslim population increases:
·
As
long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will
be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone.
·
At
2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and
disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs.
·
From
5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage
of the population.
·
When
Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means
of complaint about their conditions.
·
After
reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic
killings and church and synagogue burning.
·
At
40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing
militia warfare.
·
From
60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions,
sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia
Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on
infidels.
·
After
80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide.
·
100% will usher in
the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of
Peace -- there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim.
Muslim front groups have been created to defend Islamo-fascists in the media and raise money.
- Hate Hurts America Interfaith and
Community Coalition (HHA) is an umbrella organization created to enforce
politically correct speech.
- American Muslim Alliance (AMA) support Muslims becoming active in government.
- American Muslim Council (AMC) raises money for Islamic organizations.
- Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) promotes a radical Islamic vision.
- Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) is American arm of Pakistani Jamaat-e-Islami (JI).
- Islamic Network Group (ING) is a veritable Who’s Who of apologists and
activists.
- Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is umbrella organization for Arab-oriented mosques.
- Muslim American Society (MAS) wishes to see a
- Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) promote an anti-Israeli
agenda.
- Muslim Students Association (MSA) was founded in 1963 by the Muslim Brotherhood.
- North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) is the “first ever Muslim financial trust company.”
- Tablighi Jamaat is a

- Cut off hundreds of millions of dollars in global terrorist
funding.

- Shut down the nuclear smuggling network of rogue Pakistani
scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan.

A large number of terrorists have been killed,

United States has disrupted over thirty
serious terrorist plots since September 11:
- December 2001 - Richard Reid convicted for planning to blow
up plane in England.
- May 2002 – Jose Padilla convicted for planning
to explode “dirty bomb” in the United States.
- September 2002 – Lackawanna Six (Sahim Alwan, Faysal Galab, Shafal Mosed, Yasein Taher, Yahya Goba and Mukhtar al-Bakri)convicted for providing support to al Qaeda.
- May 2003 – Lyman Faris
pled convicted on conspiracy (collapse Brooklyn Bridge) and providing
support to al Qaeda.
- June 2003 – Virginia Jihad Network convicted on
conspiracy to support terrorist organizations.
- August 2004 – Dhiren Barot convicted for plotting to attack the New York
Stock Exchange.
- August 2004 – James Elshafay
and Shahawar Matin Siraj convicted for plotting to bomb a subway station
near Madison Square Garden.

convicted for plotting to murder Pakistani diplomat in New York City.

a former American sailor, was convicted of supporting terrorism.

conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction against targets in Europe
and the United States.

Neal Vinas of Long Island was convicted for
allegedly giving Al Qaeda information on the subways and Long Island Rail
Road.

2009, Twelve
Americans were indicted for allegedly supporting Al Shabaab,
a terror group seeking to overthrow the Somali government.
- May 2009 – James Cromite,
David Williams, Ontra Williams, and Laguerre Payen arrested for
plotting to attack a New York synagogue and an Air National Guard Base.

arrested for plotting to detonate TATP bombs on the New York City subway.
- September 2009 – Hosam Maher Husein Smadi, a Jordanian
Muslim, was arrested for plotting to plant a bomb in a Dallas skyscraper.
- September 2009 – Michael Finton,
an American Muslim, was arrested for attempting to detonate a car bomb in
a Springfield, Illinois federal building.

2009, Brooklyn-born
Betim Kaziu was
charged with trying to join an Al Qaeda affiliate in hope of killing U.S.
troops.
- October 2009 – Tarek Mehanna, an American Muslim, was arrested for plotting
to kill two U.S. politicians and civilians in local shopping malls in
Boston.
- December 2009 - Umar
Farouk Abdulmutallab, a Nigerian engineering
student living in London, attempted to detonate a device as his plane
began to land in Detroit.

were disrupted outside the United States since September 11th.

partner disrupted a plot by al-Qa'ida to attack
ships in the Arabian Gulf.
- November 2002 – British disrupted plot by three North
Africans to attack the London Tube.
- Spring 2003 - U.S. and partner disrupted a plot to attack
Westerners at several targets in Pakistan.
- Mid-2003 - U.S. and partner disrupted a plot to attack targets on the East
Coast using hijacked airplanes.
- In
2003 - U.S. and a partner nation disrupted a plot
to attack a tourist site outside the United States.
- In
2003 - U.S. and several partners disrupted a plot
to attack Heathrow Airport using hijacked airliners.
- In
2003 – British disrupted plot to spread ricin poison in London Underground.
- November
2003 – British disrupted plot to attack the
Dublin Airport.
- August 2004 - British
disrupted a plot flood the London Underground with the River Thames.
- July 2005 – British
disrupted a series of coordinated bomb attacks on London’s public
transit during the morning rush hour.
- January/August 2006 – British disrupted plot to blow up a transatlantic airline
flight.
- February 2007 – British arrested 9 UK Muslims
planning to abduct a British soldier to torture and behead him, then the
film posted on the internet.
- April 2007 –
- June 2007 – British arrested UK Muslims planning
to explode car bombs at Glascow Airport.
- May 2008 – British arrested UK Muslim for bomb
explosion at the Giraffe restaurant in Exeter.
- August 2008 – British disrupted plot by UK Muslims to
kill Gordon Brown and Tony Blair.
No terrorist organization is a signatory
of the Geneva Convention.
- Terrorists without uniforms or distinct signs do not qualify as
combatants under the Geneva Convention.
- Terrorists intentionally flout the Geneva Conventions rules of law.
- Military commissions were used in past and have been proposed to
decide detainee’s fate.
- Prisoners of war have been released who then reverted to their
terrorist ways to kill again
The various new substitutes for
"unlawful enemy combatant" abolish an important distinction in
traditional international law.
·
The status of al Qaeda terrorists is to be found in
a distinction first made by the Romans and subsequently incorporated into
international law by way of medieval and early modern European jurisprudence.
·
The Romans distinguished between bellum
(war against legitimus hostis, a legitimate enemy) and guerra (war against latrunculi, pirates, robbers, brigands and
outlaws).
·
Bellum became the standard for interstate conflict, and
it is here that the Geneva Conventions were meant to apply.
·
They do not apply to Guerra, and the punishment for latrunculi, "the common enemies of mankind,"
traditionally has been summary execution.
·
Many legal experts agree that al Qaeda fighters are
latrunculi -- hardly
distinguishable by their actions from pirates and the like.
Many American Muslims consider
themselves Muslims first; citizens of America second.
·
A majority said violence against US troops on
American soil and against US officials is justified.
·
American Muslims get their anti-American messages
from their imams, media, and Muslim organizations.
·
Muslims are taught the world is divided into lands
under Muslim rule, and lands outside Muslim rule.
·
Muslims do not assimilate well in other country
cultures.
·
13% of U.S. Muslims said suicide bombings of
civilians can be justified.
o Justice
department has identified 35 terrorist training compounds in the United States.
o One
in four younger Muslims find suicide bombings in defense of Islam acceptable.
·
Black racist Muslim converts are being
recruited by Islamists as conspirators in an American jihad.
There are examples of Muslims proposing
moderation in society.

The “Proposed
Charter of Muslim Understanding” was developed by moderate
Muslims.
o Al-Baqee is a moderate Muslim group fighting systematic Takfiri (Wahhabi) extremism.
o Respect
non-Muslim religions and issue a fatwa prohibiting the use of force or threats
to their followers.
o Respect
all civilizations, cultures, and traditions and promote understanding of the
precedence of national laws over Sharia law.
o Respect
Western freedoms, especially of belief and expression and prohibit violent
reaction against people who make use of these freedoms.
o Prohibit
the issuing of any fatwa that would result in violence or threat against
individuals or institutions.
o Request
Islamic institutions to revise and issue new interpretations of Quran-ic verses calling for Jihad and violence against
non-Muslims.

A Secular Islam Summit produced the St. Petersburg Declaration in March 2007.
o Moderate
Muslims articulated enlightenment principles.
o Similar
to the preamble to the American Declaration of Independence.
- Palestinian scholars have proposed “wasatia” as a moderate alternative.
- The movie, “Fitna,” exposes the link between violence and the
Islamic teaching.
- Moderate Muslims would be well served to qualify what they stand for:
o
Acknowledge the existence of and repudiate the traditional Islamic
imperative, taught by all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence that Muslims
recognize as orthodox, to impose Islamic law upon non-Muslims, whether by force
or by stealth.
o
Renounce any intention, now or in the future, to replace the U.S.
Constitution with Islamic law.
o
Clarify, and call upon other Muslims in America to clarify, what is meant
by the words “terrorism” and innocent” in Muslim
condemnations of terrorism, so that it is clear that what is being condemned is
the murder of American and other non-combatants by Muslims acting in the name
of Islamic jihad.
o
Repudiate the idea that Muslims have a divine mandate to force, when
possible, Jews, Christians, and other “People of the Book” to pay a
special religion-based tax from which Muslims are exempt (Qur’an
o
Call upon Muslims in America to institute comprehensive, honest, and
transparent programs in mosques and Islamic schools, teaching the virtues of
the non-establishment of religion, and teaching directly against Islamic supremacism and the idea that Muslims must fight against
Jews and Christians until they “feel themselves subdued”
(Qur’an 9:29).

Call upon Muslims in America to institute comprehensive, honest, and
transparent programs in mosques and Islamic schools, teaching against honor
killing, and against the idea -- which is enshrined in Islamic law -- that a
parent faces no penalty for killing his or her own child (see ‘Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2).

Call upon Muslims worldwide, including in

Repudiate the idea that a Muslim who renounces Islam and adopts any other
faith or no faith at all should be killed -- as is the teaching of Muhammad and
all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence -- and call upon Muslim groups in

Condemn Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist
organizations, and the Islamic Republic of Iran for its continuing the barbaric

Fight Islamists as long as it takes
to negate their offensive threat and philosophical attraction:
- Remember that winning the long war is all about
winning the struggle of ideas.
- Broadcast factual information to repressive
regimes to counter internal misinformation.
- Reject calls for appeasement
- Acknowledge that there is no single enemy, with differing local,
regional and global threats.
- Understand that poverty is not the “root cause” of
terrorism.
- Accept that a Palestinian-Israeli peace deal will not defuse the
terrorist threat.
- Acknowledge that elections alone will not bring freedom and
democracy – the long term political anecdotes to terrorism.
- Avoid religious terminology that terrorists use to justify their
actions.
Islamo-fascists do not qualify under the Geneva Conventions.
- Terrorists do not follow established rules of war such as torture
and treatment of prisoners.
Do not give up on moderate Muslims.
- Remind audiences that many terrorist groups are revolutionary
organizations that seek to impose their totalitarian ideology on Muslims,
as well as non-Muslims, through violence.
Recommendations:
Redefine the War on Terror as a War
against Islamo-fascism, with multiple theaters of
operation.
- Wage a counter-ideological war using all available soft power tools,
as well as military means.
o De-legitimize the immorality and hypocrisy of Islamic
fundamentalists.
o Craft appropriate messages for each target constituency:
- Muslim society, especially involving young people, at the
grassroots.
- Foreign fighters, who have poured into
- Private sector expertise.
o Exploit
the use of all international broadcasting vehicles like Voice of America and Radio Free Europe
/ Radio Liberty to educate listeners on freedom and democracy.
o Educate
American public on true nature of Islamic religion.
- Label Islamic terrorists as the cowards, pedophiles, and “useful
idiots” that they are.
o Disrespect suicide bombers by burying their remains with pig
entrails and other trash.
o Profile
Islamo-fascist terrorists for elimination wherever
they reside.
- Monitor activities of radical Islamists within this country
(Mapping_Shari’a.com).
o Acknowledge
home grown Islamist terrorists planning attacks in this country.
o Identify
potential al-Qaida terrorist plots initiated from outside the U.S.
o Counter
all terrorist threats to include cyber-war attacks.
Continue preemptive attacks to fight
terrorists where they reside, instead of waiting to be attacked.
- Continue attacks on terrorist infrastructure and funding to
undermine effectiveness.
o Mobilize to counter the recent terrorist war on the sea (piracy
attacks).
- Wage a parallel offensive in the media and op-ed pages to reinforce
battlefield success.
- Treat detainees humanely, protected against cruel treatment and
torture, in accordance with Geneva Convention.
Publish an annual GWOT scorecard
detailing progress and achievements around the world.
- Communicate a single, positive narrative
defining the goals and objectives of the GWOT.
- Publicize global atrocities attributed to Islamo-fascists
to justify continued involvement.
- Publicize global success stories in the
- Publicize global attacks thwarted before they could occur.
- Publicize terrorist leaders killed and captured.
- Refresh global progress and achievements periodically to keep GWOT
in the American mind.
Expose the Muslim front groups as
terrorism enablers.
- Renounce any intention to replace government
rule with Sharia.
- Teach Muslims the imperative of coexisting
peacefully as equals with non-Muslims on an indefinite basis.
- Focus indignation on Muslims committing violent acts in the name of
Islam.
- Begin comprehensive international programs in mosques all over the
world to teach against the ideas of violent jihad and Islamic supremacy.
- Actively work with Western law enforcement officials to identify
and apprehend jihadists within Western communities.
Convene a “Geneva Convention”
for defining terrorism and rules of engagement.
- Define “combatants” in the Global
War on Terror.
- Define treatment of prisoners.
o
Contrast legal interrogation techniques vs. illegal torture.
o Define
outlawed torture vs. aggressive interrogation and humiliation techniques.
o Keep
prisoners until the end of the War on Terror.
Continue cooperation and coordination
between
- Support the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) to stop flow of
WMDs.
- Promote information sharing between North American and European
countries.
- Take an “All Hazards” approach to building a
comprehensive emergency response system.
Endorse moderate Muslims attempts to
distance themselves from the Islamic extremists.
